Regional Funds Associate (42341)

As a Regional Funds Associate, you will actively collaborate with management and stakeholders to identify strategic partnerships, manage investments, and develop demand-supporting activities. Your role will also include managing and controlling the budget in accordance with global guidelines and the organization’s strategic priorities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or finance is required, along with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

🚀 Project
- providing a main point of contact for fund development activities within different regions
- working with the region’s leadership and stakeholders to identify strategic partners and activities
- cultivating relationships with partners, managing investments in demand generation and demand support activities
- controlling budget allocation and implementation in accordance with global guidelines
- ensuring alignment of investments with strategic priorities
- reviewing, prioritising and approving investment proposals
- providing regular updates and reports

🎯 Skills
- 3 years of work experience in marketing / sales / project management / fund development
- analytical and critical thinking with an eye for detail
- avanced proficiency in English, German (B2) is mandatory

- ability to assess financial data, manage budgets using financial software, databases, and tools relevant to fund management and analysis
