HR Service Delivery Associate (44272)

Looking for your first step into HR in a truly global environment? An international software company in Prague is looking for an HR Service Delivery Associate to join its External Workforce team. You will manage the end-to-end process of external workers – processing and compliance checks in SAP Fieldglass, answering queries via tickets and e-mail and helping the team through the peak season. The role is open to graduates and candidates with little or no HR experience who bring fluent English and a strong customer focus.

🚀 Project
- External Workforce Centre supporting managers in the compliant engagement of external workers
- end-to-end processing of external workers and compliance checks in SAP Fieldglass
- handling queries from managers, third-party vendors and colleagues via tickets and e-mail
- quality handling of a large volume of requests during the peak season
- work with confidential data and HR systems in a large global organisation
- full-time employment via staffing agency from 11/2026 to 4/2027, hybrid with 40 % home office in Prague

🎯 Skills
- strong customer focus – tickets, e-mail and system support
- clear written and verbal communication, including delivering unpleasant messages constructively
- quality focus, thoroughness and responsibility
- IT literacy and data security awareness; HRIS, VMS or ERP experience is an advantage
- ability to keep high output and quality during busy periods, learn quickly and use own judgement
- full proficiency in English (B2+)
- suitable for graduates and candidates with limited or no HR experience
