Product Analyst (43397)

I am looking for a Product Analyst with experience in a regulated environment and a strong understanding of workflows and data management. You will act as a key partner to stakeholders, contributing to migrations, workflow design, and integration initiatives. I expect experience with onboarding, UAT testing, and requirements analysis. This role combines communication, analytical thinking, and user support.

🚀 Project
- main liaison to business stakeholders and quality-focused teams
- collaborate with business SMEs to design workflows and support process documentation
- maintain stakeholder alignment, record decisions, and escalate governance topics
- primary contact for intake analysis during migration of existing and new business groups
- gather use cases, define workflows, user roles, and data transfer requirements
- document workflows in both regulated and non-regulated environments
- support onboarding planning (training schedules, post-go-live follow-up)
- document integration requirements, user/project groups, and validation aspects
- explain configuration decisions (metadata, calculations, standards vs. organization-specific choices)
- review release documentation and conduct impact analysis on workflows and configurations
- recommend adoption steps and configuration updates
- develop and execute regression test scripts
- provide tier-1 support for a defined user base and collect recurring issues for training improvements
- create and maintain self-help resources, FAQs, and training materials
- maintain documentation in line with regulated environment requirements

🎯 Skills
- 3+ years of experience supporting scientific software in a regulated environment
- understanding of workflows and data management (regulated and non-regulated)
- experience with regulatory requirements (controlled access, audit trails, validated processes)
- experience leading onboarding intake sessions and requirements elicitation
- experience creating UAT test cases and supporting testers
- hands-on experience with integration projects (requirements gathering, data mapping, stakeholder coordination)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills and experience managing support channels for a larger user base
- experience creating user documentation and training materials
