System Analyst (44141)

We are looking for a System Analyst to turn business requirements into technically implementable system designs in a banking IT environment. You will prepare system designs using modelling tools, work closely with development teams and help plan, coordinate and execute testing. We need 5+ years of system-analysis experience, knowledge of AS400, SQL, Java and MQ integration, and Hungarian C1 with English B2.

🚀 Project
- translate business requirements and business analysis into technical system designs
- prepare system designs using appropriate modelling tools and methodologies
- work closely with developers to clarify implementation details and system behaviour
- analyse impacts across relevant business processes and IT systems
- plan, coordinate and execute IT testing activities
- document analysis and decisions in Confluence and Jira

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a comparable analytical role
- knowledge of business processes and IT systems in the relevant domain
- experience with system design using modelling tools and methodologies
- knowledge of software-development and testing processes and methodologies
- experience planning, coordinating and executing IT testing
- knowledge of AS400, SQL, Java, MQ integration and cloud technologies
- working knowledge of Confluence and Jira
- structured analytical thinking, strong communication skills, Hungarian C1 and English B2
