Join an agile SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) and contribute to the development of Salesforce-based marketing solutions in a highly integrated environment. As a Salesforce Developer, You will work on the migration to Marketing Cloud Next, the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud, and the development of scalable Salesforce solutions. We are looking for an experienced candidate with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud, Apex, Data Cloud, API integrations, and CI/CD deployment practices. Experience with Mulesoft integration, complex data models, and modern integration patterns is essential.

🚀 Project
- design, development, maintenance, and further enhancement of Salesforce-based marketing solutions
- migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Marketing Cloud Next
- implementation and integration of Salesforce Data Cloud
- support for a complex, highly integrated environment covering campaign management, order processing, and product creation
- analysis of business requirements and translation into technical Salesforce solutions
- design and implementation of marketing automations, flows, validations, and APIs for Mulesoft integration
- development of custom Salesforce extensions within a highly customized and integrated Salesforce environment
- collaboration with integrated systems including Mulesoft, SAP, Powercloud, and Inspire
- quality assurance through unit testing, issue resolution, and technical debt reduction
- independent work within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) using Jira, refinements, and sprint planning

🎯 Skills
- 3–5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud
- experience with Marketing Cloud Next in a migration context
- hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification
- proficiency in Apex development
- experience with Salesforce platform customization
- experience designing and implementing APIs for Mulesoft middleware integration
- experience with data integration from CRM, APIs, and data warehouse systems
- experience with data modeling
- deployment experience with SFDX, Git (GitFlow or trunk-based), and CI/CD pipelines
- experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- experience with REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven architectures
- experience working with high transaction volumes and complex data models
- experience managing technical debt
- ability to evolve customizations without workarounds
- debugging skills in highly integrated environments
- understanding of integration patterns for energy industry processes
- experience with VS Code
