Solution Architect (43438)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and own end-to-end architecture across data platform, streaming, unstructured data, and semantic layer areas. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions, define technical standards, review key design decisions, and support enterprise governance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, strong knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Azure, AWS or GCP, and experience with modern architecture patterns including lakehouse, streaming, and data mesh. 

🚀 Project
- design and ownership of end-to-end solution architecture across all dMMD workstreams
- support of Mantis and broader dMMD initiatives
- collaboration with CD&AO and dMMD stakeholders within an existing digital services squad
- ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards while addressing domain-specific needs
- architecture across data platform, streaming, unstructured data, semantic layer, performance and infrastructure areas
- ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards
- acting as the primary technical coordination point between stakeholders and embedded engineers
- defining technical standards, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements
- reviewing and approving key design decisions from other engineers
- supporting governance processes and squad cadence
- identifying architectural risks and dependencies early

🎯 Skills
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture
- experience with data/AI platforms
- strong background with cloud data platforms
- experience with Databricks
- experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
- knowledge of modern architecture patterns including lakehouse, streaming and data mesh
- experience architecting solutions across structured, unstructured and streaming data
- excellent stakeholder communication skills
- ability to work with CET/EST overlap
- experience with agile squad models and enterprise governance
- English at C1 level
