I’m looking for a Program Management Office Specialist to support a major organizational transformation affecting both employees and production. You’ll work closely with leadership and management while also engaging directly with employees on the shop floor. Your responsibilities will include change strategy, stakeholder management, internal communication, workshops, employee engagement and change-readiness tracking.The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Change Management experience, ideally combined with Internal/Change Communications, and proven experience in manufacturing, heavy industry or a similar environment. The position requires strong seniority, independence and the ability to work 100% onsite in Ludvika.

🚀 Project
- acting as a senior change partner to the organization and leadership team
- creating and executing the change approach
- identifying and managing key stakeholders
- developing internal and change communication
- supporting senior leaders and line managers throughout the change
- organizing workshops and employee engagement activities
- gathering employee feedback and identifying resistance to change
- supporting employees in transitioning to new ways of working
- connecting senior leadership, line management, employees/shop floor, and employee representatives
- measuring change progress through employee feedback, engagement, and change-readiness metrics
- adjusting the change approach based on feedback and measured progress
- ensuring employees understand what is changing, why it is changing, and what the change means for them
- supporting a successful transition to new ways of working and ensuring the change is effectively embedded in the organization

🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of Change Management experience, ideally combined with Internal/Change Communications
- strong experience from a large manufacturing, heavy-industry, or industrial organization
- proven experience with a major organizational transformation, factory expansion, or similar change affecting both employees and production
- strong understanding of organizational change, change psychology, organizational culture, and employee engagement
- experience working across senior leadership, line management, employees, and employee representatives/unions
- ability to work at both strategic and hands-on execution level
- very strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- experience working in a complex organization with multiple parallel initiatives and stakeholders
- seniority to operate independently as a consultant/advisor to management
- ability and willingness to work 100% onsite in Ludvika
