Business Analyst (43672)

I am looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow SPM to support enterprise-level demand, portfolio, project, and resource management processes. You will analyze and structure business requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. The role involves advising stakeholders on out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities to minimize customization and ensuring alignment between business and delivery teams. Fluency in German and English, strong ServiceNow SPM knowledge, and experience with agile methodologies are required.

🚀 Project
- analyzing, structuring, and documenting business requirements in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning (SPM)
- conducting workshops for requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization with business stakeholders
- advising stakeholders on standard and out-of-the-box ServiceNow SPM capabilities with focus on minimizing customizations
- translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams
- close collaboration with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements
- supporting testing, reviews, and acceptance procedures from a technical and functional perspective

🎯 Skills
- fluent German and English
- several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects
- strong knowledge of at least three domains (Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP))
- very good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
