QA Developer (44331)

Do you enjoy turning complex business rules into clean, reliable data checks? A leading German energy utility is looking for a Data Quality Developer to drive the technical advancement of its internal global data quality monitoring platform. You will implement and optimise data quality rules, expand the central measuring engine and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in a modern data ecosystem built on Databricks, SQL and Azure – fully remote from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary or Romania.

🚀 Project
- technical advancement of a global data quality monitoring platform – measuring engine, central rule repository and data architecture
- implementing, adapting and optimising data quality rules and measurement processes
- integrating new data sources and optimising data processing pipelines
- translating business requirements into technical solutions with business departments and DSO contacts
- code reviews, tests and QA, technical documentation, rollout and lifecycle management of rules
- collaboration with DevOps engineers and support teams on deployments and root-cause analyses
- short-term contract CP from 11/2026 with possible prolongation, 100 % remote

🎯 Skills
- hands-on development in Databricks environments
- advanced SQL for data quality rules, data processing optimisation and complex error analyses
- proven track record in data engineering – building and optimising data processing pipelines
- GitLab and version control – codebases, branching
- requirements analysis – translating business demands into technical solutions
- English C1
