DevOps Engineer (43954)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer for a highly critical 24/7 enterprise platform. You will own on-premise infrastructure and application operations, automate deployment and CI/CD, and modernize legacy systems toward containerization. Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ansible / Jenkins and technical leadership experience are required.

🚀 Project
- technical leadership and ownership of deployment infrastructure and applications in a highly critical 24/7 environment
- on-premise stack: VMware VMs, Red Hat 8/9, Ansible, Jenkins, HashiCorp Vault and Java/Kotlin applications
- monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenSearch
- deployment, patching, tuning, capacity management, CI/CD, automation and gradual containerization
- shared 24/7 production support and on-call rotation, plus technical mentoring and architecture input

🎯 Skills
- IT degree or 6+ years of technical operations experience in highly critical 24/7 financial or enterprise environments
- advanced Red Hat Enterprise Linux and hands-on VMware experience
- proven experience modernizing on-premise legacy systems toward containerization in regulated or high-availability environments
- deep automation, deployment, orchestration and CI/CD experience, especially Ansible, Jenkins, etcd, Git and GitHub
- strong technical leadership, incident management, coaching, collaboration and knowledge sharing
- experience with at least one of Java, Kotlin, Python or Go
- English B2

💡 Nice to have
- hands-on administration of Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL or Prometheus
- strong network knowledge including load balancers, firewalls, switches, proxies and troubleshooting tools
- high availability, disaster recovery, enterprise security and DevOps / SRE / Agile practices
