Lead IT Architect (39601)

Join the team as a Lead IT Architect and drive innovation across complex, cloud-native projects. You’ll provide technical direction, mentor teams, and enforce architectural standards. Work closely with leadership to shape roadmaps, implement DevOps practices, and build secure, scalable solutions. - providing technical direction and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of improvement and knowledge sharing
- defining and enforcing architectural standards, patterns and best practices across projects
- collaborating with senior leadership to align technical roadmaps with business goals
- acting as a technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners and development teams
- leading implementation and optimization of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- designing and validating secure application architectures in compliance with policies and regulations
- guiding adoption and optimization of cloud-native architectures including containerization and serverless computing
- identifying and prioritizing technical debt remediation to maintain codebase health and agility

🎯 Skills
- bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field (or equivalent work experience)
- knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
- strong understanding of architectural styles and design patterns (e.g. microservices, CQRS, DDD, SOLID)
- experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless functions
- skills in performance profiling, load testing, and tuning distributed systems
- familiarity with data modeling, data lakes, and real-time data processing
- experience with agile methodologies like SAFe or Scrum of Scrums
- proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Terraform, and monitoring tools (AppInsights, Prometheus, Grafana)
- 5+ years of experience as a .NET and front-end developer (Angular, React, JavaScript)
- strong expertise in C# and .NET Core
- experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
- knowledge of database design and SQL (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)
- strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration
- excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- professional English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR)
