Cloud Engineer (39989)

Join a dynamic team as a Cloud Engineer. You'll design and implement API proxies using Google Apigee, migrate existing APIs, and enforce robust policies for security, caching, and throttling. Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to integrate with modern backends and identity providers (OAuth2, SAML, JWT). Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines and optimize API performance using monitoring tools like Stackdriver or Splunk. If you're experienced in GCP, fluent in scripting (JavaScript, Python), and know your way around RESTful API design and large-scale migrations, we want to hear from you. Excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a hybrid-cloud environment are key.

🎯 Skills
- hands-on experience with Google Apigee
- experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- strong understanding of RESTful API design and API management principles
- proven experience with large-scale API gateway migration or implementation
- knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API Key management)
- experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform)
- scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and working with JSON/XML
- familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Splunk)
