As a Lead GCP Architect, you will design and govern enterprise cloud architecture on Google Cloud and define the long-term cloud strategy. You will architect data platforms, data lakes, and analytics solutions using services like BigQuery, GKE, and Cloud Run. You will drive infrastructure as code and CI/CD standards while ensuring security, compliance, and data protection. 🚀 Project
- design and govern enterprise cloud architecture on GCP
- define cloud strategy, target architecture, and migration roadmaps
- architect data platforms, data lakes, and analytics solutions
- implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD standards
- ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards
- ensure platform stability, availability, and observability
- lead and mentor international engineering and architecture teams
- translate business requirements into architectural designs and standards
- drive migration from legacy systems to GCP

🎯 Skills
- extensive experience in enterprise cloud and data architecture
- deep knowledge of GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataplex, GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud Storage
- strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
- strong Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
- expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL or ELT patterns
- hands-on or design-level experience with SQL, Python, UNIX, and Git
- experience designing scalable and secure cloud data platforms
- strong knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, and security architecture
- experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- fluent English and German
- experience with GDPR and enterprise compliance requirements
