Workforce Advisor (43080)

I am looking for a Workforce Advisor who combines strong analytical skills with a consulting mindset and the ability to work across complex organisational environments. In this role, you will analyse workforce data, identify trends and gaps, and apply frameworks such as build/buy/borrow/bot to define effective and compliant workforce strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations that support business goals and long-term workforce planning.

🚀 Project
- providing workforce advisory services by identifying work requirements and breaking roles into tasks and skills
- understanding the full workforce ecosystem, including internal and external workforce solutions
- applying the “build, buy, borrow, bot, base” framework to define fit-for-purpose and compliant workforce strategies
- analysing internal workforce data and external market data to identify trends, gaps and optimisation opportunities
- preparing regular reports and insights for stakeholders to support decision-making
- using data and insights to support and shape workforce strategy recommendations
- determining final work type classification in line with workforce management policies
- ensuring compliance with global and local policies, including tax and labour law considerations
- coordinating with data and system owners to improve data quality and ensure accurate data entry

🎯 Skills
- experience as a talent advisor, HR generalist, global process coordinator/manager or procurement associate/buyer
- familiarity with HR and workforce systems, especially in talent management, workforce planning and performance evaluation
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders

💡 Nice to have
- procurement knowledge or experience with contract reviews
- experience in pharma environment
- bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field
