Are you an experienced Cybersecurity Manager ready to take your expertise to an international level? Join the team to lead the implementation of cutting-edge ISMS aligned with ISO 27001, DORA, and NIS2. You'll work on high-impact security and compliance projects, collaborate with Austrian colleagues, and shape internal security frameworks. German fluency is essential, and a background in IT security governance will set you up for success in this key strategic role.

🚀 Project
- plan, design, and implement Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) to improve the company’s security posture
- develop innovative and practical security and risk management solutions aligned with standards like ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27005
- implement and continuously enhance internal policies and control frameworks based on ISO 27001
- further develop compliance frameworks, especially within the financial services sector (e.g. EBA guidelines, local regulatory requirements)
- integrate new IT and security compliance requirements into existing business and technical processes
- organize and execute internal audits, including deriving and tracking corrective measures
- collaborate on international projects in a German-speaking environment, especially with Austrian colleagues

🎯 Skills
- experience with implementation projects related to ISO 27001, DORA, and NIS2
- fluent in German 
- strong knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27005)
- experience with developing and maintaining ISMS and security policies
- ability to manage internal audits and derive actionable improvements
- excellent communication and collaboration skills

💡 Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience as an Information Security Officer, Security Manager, Security Architect, or in a related strategic or operational security role
- degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or another IT Security-related field
- solid understanding of business processes and how they relate to security governance
- high motivation, fast comprehension, creativity, and strong learning ability
- interest or experience in Agile, DevOps, ITIL, COBIT, Cloud Architecture, Project or Strategic Management, and digitalization trends
