We are looking for a senior Head of Security Strategy to take strategic and managerial responsibility for Cyber and Information Security in an international banking environment. The role connects security strategy, ISMS, compliance and assurance, security architecture and leadership.

- define and develop Cyber and Information Security strategy
- lead ISMS, security governance, compliance and assurance
- translate group-wide requirements into practical controls and standards
- develop security principles, guidelines and architecture patterns
- oversee audits, findings, remediation and control effectiveness
- lead senior security experts and communicate with executive stakeholders

🎯 Skills
- senior leadership experience in Cyber or Information Security
- Security Strategy and Information Security Strategy
- ISMS, Security Governance and Compliance and Assurance
- security controls, control frameworks and audit remediation
- understanding of Enterprise and Security Architecture
- management reporting, security maturity and control effectiveness
- stakeholder management and very good English
