Calypso Engineer (43182)

I am looking for a Calypso Engineer to develop and maintain solutions within a complex trading environment. You will work on full-stack Java development, design integrations and contribute to system architecture. The role requires strong Calypso experience, knowledge of financial instruments and the ability to work across both technical and business areas.

🚀 Project
- development and maintenance of solutions within the Calypso platform
- full-stack Java development in Calypso environment
- design and implementation of technical architecture components (workflows, engines, scheduled tasks, interfaces)
- development and integration using Calypso Integration Framework
- optimization of batch processes and system performance
- support of release management activities within Calypso
- collaboration on business analysis, process modelling and data mapping
- participation in testing, interface analysis and reporting
- working closely with teams across Front Office, Mid Office, Back Office and reporting functions

🎯 Skills
- strong experience with Calypso (versions 14–18)
- solid Java development experience within Calypso environment
- deep understanding of Calypso architecture (workflows, engines, scheduled tasks, interfaces)
- experience with Calypso Integration Framework
- knowledge of Treasury domain (FX, Money Market, OTC derivatives, ET derivatives, REPO, Securities Lending)
- experience with business analysis, process modelling and data mapping
- experience with testing and interface analysis
- understanding of release management processes
- analytical thinking and ability to work across technical and business domains

💡 Nice to have
- experience with Git, Jenkins and GitHub Copilot
- DevOps experience
- experience with Calypso version migrations
- knowledge of additional languages (German, Polish, Spanish)
- experience with implementations in banking environments
