🚀 Project
- working with the user community and core core team to assess the current state processes
- identification of possibilities of the ServiceNow solution platform
- defining the requirements for the ServiceNow solution
- leading and delivering requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements and solutions are well documented
- management of implementation projects and coordination of implementation until completion
- managing your relationship with interested parties to fulfill the request
- close cooperation with the offshore team on coordination of monthly versions and implementation
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow product offerings and other supporting technologies
- consultation with industry best practices and ServiceNow stakeholders
