🚀 Project
- improving or/and redesigning marketing & transactional emails
- utilizing FreeMarker (FTL) and API service call wrappers to create and implement content for marketing and transactional multi-channel communications
- working closely with Product managers, back-end engineers, QA testers and designers
- rolling out updates to production environments and performing monitoring post-launch
- addressing bugs and maintaining the integrity of templates and code standards
- creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation
- conducting peer quality assurance reviews
