ServiceNow GRC/IRM Consultant (43123)

I’m looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Consultant who will take full ownership of the IRM workstream, from requirements gathering through implementation and validation. I’m looking for someone with hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow IRM solutions, a strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective risk and compliance workflows. Communicative German is essential for working closely with customer stakeholders.

🚀 Project
- taking full functional ownership of the ServiceNow IRM workstream from requirements through implementation and validation
- conducting requirements engineering workshops with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and privacy domains
- translating risk governance and compliance requirements into ServiceNow IRM configurations and workflows
- designing and implementing risk registers, control libraries, policy management, and audit workflows
- advising stakeholders on best practices for risk governance and ServiceNow IRM adoption
- aligning security and compliance requirements with technical implementation
- managing stakeholder communication and providing regular progress updates
- reviewing and validating implemented IRM capabilities against agreed requirements and governance standards
- identifying compliance and privacy gaps and proposing appropriate solutions

🎯 Skills
- proven hands-on experience with the ServiceNow IRM module in a real project context
- strong knowledge of GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or equivalent
- german at a communicative level for business and technical discussions with customer stakeholders

💡 Nice to have
- experience working in regulated industries such as finance, energy or healthcare
- familiarity with privacy legislation including GDPR
- experience with broader ServiceNow GRC or SecOps modules
- CSA certification as a minimum; CIS-RC (Certified Implementation Specialist — Risk & Compliance)
