IT Architect (43808)

I am looking for an IT Architect to join a ServiceNow project and take ownership of the CMDB, CSDM and ITOM workstream. You will design solutions according to ServiceNow best practices, lead client workshops and coordinate dependencies with other workstreams. Previous experience leading a CMDB/CSDM and Discovery implementation, a strong ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB background and the ability to lead both the team and client communication are essential.

🚀 Project
- lead the CMDB, CSDM and ITOM workstream within an existing ServiceNow project
- lead client discussions and design workshops
- design the CMDB/CSDM/ITOM solution according to ServiceNow best practices
- coordinate and align with other workstreams, especially SN Platform, ITSM, ITAM, IRM and Catalogue
- actively lead the workstream team and drive the solution forward

🎯 Skills
- proven previous experience leading a CMDB/CSDM and Discovery implementation, not merely supporting one
- strong ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB architecture background
- experience leading client-facing workshops and coordinating across workstreams
- team leadership experience on ServiceNow projects
- English at C1 level
