🚀 Project
- supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application focused on Sales
- working closely with end users to develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365
- aligning product capabilities with business requirements
- acting as project lead for initiatives related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- collaborating with developers of the internal ERP/CRM application used across the CEE region
- ensuring integration between Dynamics 365 and internal systems as a Sales add-on
- serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Microsoft CRM system

🎯 Skills
- 3+ years designing, developing, diagnosing and troubleshooting CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sales
- experience developing custom components and web resources using Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript
- 5+ years of object-oriented design and development using inheritance and generics (.NET, Java, C++, Python, etc)
- experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using technologies like Power Automate,
Dataverse, Azure Functions, Dynamics SDK and REST API
- familiarity with architectural principles such as SOLID and ONION
- strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices
- strong communication and leadership skills
- English at C1 level

💡 Nice to have
- strong understanding of core D365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite
- MS Dynamics CRM 365 certification
- experience writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plug-ins in Dataverse
- experience with Power Apps development (canvas and model-driven apps)
- development experience with .NET frameworks
- experience with the MS Dynamics CRM 365 Stack (Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, Power Platform, SharePoint, JavaScript, SSIS, etc)
- experience setting up CI/CD and release management in Azure DevOps
- out-of-the-box thinking and creativity
- ability to multitask and meet various deadlines, and adjust to reprioritized tasks
- willingness to work on urgent issues while handling long-term projects
