Power BI Specialist (41655)

Join a global organization as a Power BI Specialist supporting Global Operations. You will design and deliver high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions across supply chain, production, quality and procurement. Your work will focus on building reliable data models, creating precise DAX calculations and ensuring trustworthy KPIs. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT and data teams, while working independently on clearly defined tasks.

🚀 Project
- develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for Global Operations including supply chain, production, quality and procurement
- create accurate and efficient DAX measures and calculations to ensure reliable KPIs
- design, optimize and maintain data models aligned with operational needs
- validate data and test reports to ensure accuracy prior to release
- apply visualization standards to deliver user-friendly, consistent and easy-to-interpret dashboards
- follow governance practices including naming conventions, documentation and consistent design
- work independently on assigned tasks while aligning with team direction and global standards
- collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, challenge unclear requests and deliver measurable value
- partner with IT and data teams to ensure stable and correct use of data sources

🎯 Skills
- strong experience in Power BI development including DAX, Power Query and data modeling
- understanding of operational data structures such as supply chain, quality, inventory and procurement
- proven ability to optimize report performance and work with large datasets
- ability to work independently with full accountability for deadlines and deliverables
- strong capability to design reports combining technical accuracy with clear and intuitive visualization
- excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and operational perspectives
