Join an international environment focused on seller acquisition, onboarding, and early-stage growth within an eCommerce marketplace business. As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will manage the full lead lifecycle from sourcing and pipeline building through onboarding and activation while working closely with BD, marketing, category, and operations teams. The position requires strong execution skills, the ability to handle high lead volumes, and accurate CRM management. You should have 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, advanced English, and experience with CRM tools and MS Office. Experience in eCommerce or automotive parts is a strong advantage.

🚀 Project
- lead scouting and pipeline building across multiple channels including databases, partnerships, events, outbound outreach, and offline market visits
- end-to-end seller onboarding including registration support, initial setup, and account activation
- support of newly onboarded sellers to drive activation, listing ramp-up, and early GMV growth
- seller engagement and enablement through education on platform tools, policies, and best practices
- monitoring lead progress across lead, onboarding, and activation stages
- CRM management and accurate tracking in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- collaboration with BD Lead and cross-functional teams including marketing, category, and operations
- reporting on pipeline health, onboarding metrics, conversion performance, and target achievement
- work in a structured, process-driven environment with focus on execution and high-volume lead handling

🎯 Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or similar roles
- proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- strong execution mindset with the ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines
- solid analytical skills to monitor funnel performance and identify drop-off points
- clear communication and persuasion skills
- ability to work in structured and process-driven environments
- experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or cross-border trade environments
- English at C1level
