Project Coordinator (42785)

I am looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of ongoing IoT projects within an agile environment. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners while supporting project reporting, budget tracking, and requirements analysis. Strong communication skills, experience with Jira and Confluence, and understanding of IT architectures are essential.

🚀 Project
- coordination and organizational management of ongoing IoT projects
- participation in business analysis and requirements engineering for new IoT use cases
- support of project progress monitoring and reporting activities
- support in budget controlling and project administration
- collaboration with internal and external partners including energy suppliers, sensor manufacturers, and technology partners
- coordination of communication and project activities across stakeholders
- support of agile project delivery processes

🎯 Skills
- completed technical education in IT
- at least 2 years of professional experience in ICT organization
- good understanding of IT architectures and technical concepts
- experience with Jira and Confluence
- basic understanding of IoT or interest in Internet of Things technologies
- initial experience with project coordination in agile environments such as Kanban
- excellent written and spoken German and English
