Project Manager (40599)

I'm seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in software delivery and a deep understanding of developer workflows. In this role, you’ll lead complex technical projects, including AI/ML and code intelligence integration, within a performance-critical game development environment. 🚀 Project
- manage software delivery using agile/scrum methodologies in a gaming development environment
- oversee technical project planning and execution, with a focus on developer tool adoption challenges
- coordinate closely with technical leads and DevOps SMEs to ensure performance-sensitive user experiences
- support onboarding and training of leads during early project stages through workflow shadowing sessions
- manage integration of code intelligence tools into existing development pipelines
- engage with stakeholders to align delivery schedules and quality standards
- support deep engine integration and platform-specific constraints in ongoing phases

🎯 Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software delivery or project management using agile/scrum
- proven success in leading AI/ML or complex technical projects
- strong familiarity with SDLC pipeline tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- experience addressing developer tool adoption and team resistance to workflow changes
- understanding of how performance constraints and milestone pressure affect game development
