Technical Owner Lead (41430)

I am looking for a Technical Owner Lead who will manage and lead the DevSecOps domain for an enterprise web platform. You will define and oversee DevSecOps architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle while ensuring secure, stable, and scalable solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms, release management, and platform operations including incident handling and system integrations. You will act as a bridge between development, operations, external partners, and business stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional teams. 🚀 Project
- lead DevSecOps domain for enterprise web platform
- define and manage DevSecOps architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC
- oversee release and deployment processes
- act as bridge between development, operations, external partners, and business stakeholders
- manage platform operations, incident management, and system integrations
- collaborate with Adobe (AEM) and other enterprise systems
- ensure security, stability, and scalability of platform

🎯 Skills
- proven experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, or platform engineering in enterprise environment
- strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
- solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment strategies
- experience designing and enforcing secure-by-design architectures
- strong knowledge of platform operations, incident management, and root cause analysis
- ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
- excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- practical experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies
- ENG C1

💡 Nice to have
- experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS
- background in technical leadership or people management
- knowledge of web application firewalls (e.g., Cloudflare)
- familiarity with ITIL practices or certification
- experience managing vendor relationships and technical budgets
