Transformation PMO Lead (44443)

Join an established Polish project team as a Transformation PMO Lead on a large-scale finance transformation program for a Swiss client. You will own program governance, integrated planning, RAID management and executive reporting across multiple workstreams. Experience in a senior PMO, Program Management or Transformation Management role and with finance transformation programs is required, together with fluent English and Polish.

- setting up and maintaining program governance, processes and accountability

🎯 Skills
- extensive experience in a senior PMO, Program Management or Transformation Management role
- leading or supporting large-scale finance transformation programs
- integrated program planning incl. cross-functional dependencies
- hands-on RAID management
- stakeholder management and communication with senior management
- budget monitoring, financial tracking and resource management
- strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- independence and ownership in a complex program environment
- English C1, Polish C1
