Youโ€™ll align technology with business goals, connect marketing and IT teams, and lead global implementations that elevate digital performance. Deep hands-on expertise in MarTech ecosystems, strong API integration knowledge, and a strategic mindset are essential. ๐Ÿš€ Project
- defining and driving the global Marketing Technology strategy
- lead cross-platform implementations including CMS, DAM, CDP, Salesforce Datahub, Salsify, and Monday.com
- ensuring alignment of marketing and digital technologies with enterprise standards and business objectives
- acting as a bridge between business, marketing, and IT teams
- providing strategic vision and hands-on technical leadership in MarTech initiatives

๐ŸŽฏ Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Marketing Technology / Digital Transformation leadership roles
- proven hands-on expertise with CMSDigital Asset Management (DAM)Consumer Data Platforms (CDP)Salesforce Datahub, and related tools
- strong knowledge of API integrationsweb technologies, and cloud-based marketing ecosystems
- experience managing multi-vendor global teams and large-scale digital projects using Agile methodologies
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills โ€” able to translate business goals into MarTech strategies
- strong understanding of data privacy, consent management, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
- strategic thinker with hands-on experience in marketing analytics, automation, and governance

xperience with Salsify, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and OneTrust
- previous experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or retail industries
- familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud

- background in enterprise architecture or solution design for marketing systems
