Junior CRM Specialist (43606)

I’m looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to join a team working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud across ecommerce platforms. You’ll provide technical support to end users, monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets in JIRA, and support CRM-related roadmap activities. You’ll also help with training, documentation, and communication of platform updates. 🚀 Project
- supporting day-to-day operations of the CRM program across ecommerce platforms
- providing technical support to end users of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- monitoring CRM platform performance and assisting with troubleshooting platform issues
- logging, tracking, and updating CRM-related incidents and tickets in JIRA
- supporting the TechOps team with CRM-related incidents and roadmap activities
- assisting with training regional and local teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud usage and best practices
- creating and maintaining documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and user guides
- supporting communication of CRM platform updates and improvements to relevant stakeholders

🎯 Skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in technical ecommerce, CRM, or related support roles (strong interest in CRM technology considered for entry-level candidates)
- basic understanding of CRM concepts and ecommerce platforms
- familiarity with: Journeys, Automations, SMS, Push Notifications, AMP Script
- intermediate Excel skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise
- proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
