Scrum Master (44256)

An international Salesforce delivery environment is expanding with an experienced Scrum Master who will guide one or more delivery teams through agile ways of working. The role covers facilitating all Scrum events, coaching the team and the Product Owner, removing impediments and keeping delivery transparent and predictable. Required are 5+ years as a Scrum Master in IT delivery, ideally on Salesforce or other CRM implementations, a PSM or CSM certification and fluent Dutch and English.

🚀 Project
- facilitating sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- coaching the Product Owner on backlog management and prioritisation
- coaching the team on Scrum practices and continuous improvement
- identifying and removing impediments, escalating where needed
- keeping delivery transparent through sprint reporting and documentation in Jira and Confluence
- building trust with business stakeholders and aligning them around priorities
- constructively challenging the status quo when it blocks delivery

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT delivery, preferably on Salesforce or other CRM implementations
- proven experience facilitating sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- experience coaching Product Owners on backlog management and prioritisation
- experience with Jira and Confluence
- Professional Scrum Master I/II (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- strong communication skills and confidence to challenge constructively
- Dutch C1 and English C1
