AI Solution Engineer (44355)

Have you taken generative AI from experiment all the way to production – and want to be the one setting the technical direction? A leading European Salesforce consultancy is looking for an AI Solution Engineer for a Dutch housing association that is building a new AI delivery team. As its most senior engineer, you will take AI use cases from experiment to pilot, MVP or production – for tenants, maintenance, communication and finance – building generative AI solutions, agents and integrations with Salesforce Agentforce, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft 365, and handing them over to the internal developers.

- new AI delivery team at a Dutch housing association – the most senior engineering seat
- AI use cases from experiment through pilot and MVP to production
- generative AI solutions, agents and integrations with business applications and knowledge sources
- technical ownership – trade-off decisions, code reviews and coaching a medior engineer
- responsible AI – privacy, security, human oversight and traceability from the start
- demos every two weeks and knowledge hand-over to the internal development team
- contract CP for one year, Amsterdam, hybrid with 90 % home office

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years in software or data engineering with generative AI solutions taken to production
- LLMs, RAG, embeddings, search technology, agent patterns and API integrations
- Salesforce – Agentforce, Salesforce Knowledge or Field Service
- Python, TypeScript, JavaScript or C#
- Azure AI, Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Foundry; Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph
- CI/CD, automated testing, version control of code, prompts and configuration; IAM and privacy-sensitive data
- Dutch at professional working level, ability to work onsite in Amsterdam
