HR Delivery Specialist (41729)
I am looking for an experienced HR Delivery Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. ๐ Project
- manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding including contract management, internal mobility and data changes
- collaborate closely with P&O Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Technology teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
- maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HCM systems such as Workday, SAP HR Core and SHAPEiN
- ensure all transactions are documented in the Case Management System and processed in line with defined SLA and KPI
- perform quality checks and apply the four-eye principle in line with internal control standards
- identify process improvement opportunities and support global or regional HR projects
- oversee benefits administration including enrollments, life events and terminations
- provide expert support to employees regarding benefits, policies and provider escalations
- manage Time & Attendance solutions including absences and leave management
- support managers and employees with policy interpretation and issue resolution
- coordinate payroll processes with internal teams and external providers
- validate payroll inputs and outputs including variable pay and statutory contributions
- ensure compliance with global and local HR policies, labor regulations and GDPR
- support internal audits and contribute to operational performance reporting
๐ฏ Skills
- fluent in French or Dutch / Flemish
- 3โ5 years of experience in HR Operations ideally within a regulated industry
- strong knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance requirements
- advanced experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, Workday and ServiceNow
- experience with Time & Attendance management tools
