SAP HCM Consultant (43346)

I am looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with experience in the Payroll module to support customization and ongoing development of SAP systems. You will work on change requests, bug fixes and legislative updates using OSS Notes, while collaborating with clients in an international environment. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP HCM PY, strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

- customization of SAP HCM systems with a focus on the payroll (PY) module
- handling change requests, bug fixes, and system enhancements
- implementation of legislative updates using OSS Notes
- supporting clients with ongoing system improvements and adjustments

🎯 Skills
- 1–3 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY) customization
- hands-on experience with wage types, quota types, absence types, schemas and infotypes
- experience working with OSS Notes
- analytical thinking
- conversational level of English
- willingness to work in an international team

💡 Nice to have
- English at C1+ level
- Polish language
- knowledge of Polish payroll
- experience designing PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
- ABAP debugging skills
