Lead SAP HCM Consultant (41661)

I am looking for a Lead SAP HCM Consultant to join a greenfield SAP S/4HANA programme in the military and defence sector. You will take ownership of end-to-end HR process design and SAP HCM delivery while ensuring full compliance with strict governance, security and regulatory standards. The role requires deep SAP HCM expertise combined with proven experience in defence or military environments. You will work closely with Finance and other SAP streams, contributing to a high-security, mission-critical transformation programme.

🚀 Project
- lead role within the HCM stream of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation
- design and deliver end-to-end HR processes in SAP HCM aligned with defence-specific governance and compliance requirements
- act as functional lead for SAP HCM, ensuring solution quality, consistency and adherence to global standards
- translate military and defence HR requirements into robust SAP HCM process and configuration designs
- ensure compliance with strict security, data protection and regulatory frameworks typical for defence organizations
- collaborate closely with process owners, SAP Finance and other SAP stream leads
- support integration of SAP HCM with FI and related SAP modules
- contribute to overall programme governance and decision-making within a security-sensitive environment

🎯 Skills
- background in military or defence environments
- senior-level experience as SAP HCM Consultant or Lead
- proven hands-on experience with greenfield SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA
- strong functional expertise in SAP HCM configuration and HR process design
- experience with SAP HCM integration with Finance (FI) and other SAP modules
- excellent command of English at C1 level
