As a senior SAP Military Operations Lead, you will lead the design of operational processes that enable planning, logistics, and execution across complex defence environments. Your role will focus on shaping and optimizing SAP processes for procurement, inventory, and logistics, while ensuring tight integration with Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Extended Warehouse Management. Working closely with stakeholders, integrators, and technical teams, you will help deliver a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation that supports real-world defence operations. 🚀 Project
- lead the design and management of Defence & Security (D&S) operational processes in SAP S/4HANA
- drive process design for military planning and operational execution
- configure and optimize SAP processes related to: procurement and logistics, inventory and materials management
- ensure integration with key SAP modules, including: Sales & Distribution, Finance, Extended Warehouse Management
- translate military operational requirements into scalable and compliant SAP solutions
- support end-to-end process integration across planning, logistics, and finance
- collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators
- ensure compliance with defence-sector standards, security policies, and governance frameworks

🎯 Skills
- english C1
- senior-level experience in SAP S/4HANA Defence & Security (D&S) processes
- proven background in military operations or defence
- strong functional knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes
- experience integrating SAP with SD, FI, and EWM
- experience working on greenfield SAP implementations
