SAP Ariba Consultant (43026)

Join a role focused on end-to-end delivery of Ariba Sourcing and SLP solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, integration, and go-live support. As a SAP Ariba Consultant, You will work closely with business and technical teams to implement sourcing events, supplier onboarding processes, and integration flows with SAP systems. The position requires strong expertise in Ariba, procurement and supplier management processes, experience with SAP integrations, and excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver robust enterprise solutions.

🚀 Project
- lead design, configuration, and deployment of Ariba Sourcing and Ariba SLP solutions for global or regional initiatives
-gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and best-practice processes
- configure sourcing events, templates, approval workflows, questionnaires, supplier registration and qualification processes, and integration touchpoints
- manage integration between Ariba modules and SAP ERP or other systems including data mapping, supplier master data flows, and issue troubleshooting
- conduct system testing, coordinate UAT, and support defect resolution
- provide expert guidance on sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, auctions, contract compliance, category management)
- provide expert guidance on SLP processes (supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, risk and compliance workflows, supplier performance tracking)
- create functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials
- deliver end-user and super-user training
- support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases and ensure stable transition to operations
- act as subject matter expert for roadmap, enhancements, and optimization across Sourcing and SLP
- collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and business process owners to resolve issues and implement improvements

🎯 Skills
- strong hands-on experience with Ariba Sourcing and Ariba SLP including configuration and deployment in multiple projects
- deep understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, supplier management, compliance, and master data management
- experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA via Ariba Integration Toolkit, CIG, or other middleware
- ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design enterprise solutions independently
- strong problem-solving skills in complex cross-functional environments
- excellent communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels
- experience with end-to-end project lifecycle from blueprint to post-go-live support
- English at C1 level
