SAP Expert (44088)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Expert to act as a process specialist and Advanced Key User in a global SAP S/4HANA service transformation. You will validate end-to-end service processes, requirements, test scenarios and post-go-live improvements across business and technology teams. We need strong SAP process experience, excellent English and availability for regular on-site work in Sweden.

🚀 Project
- act as a process specialist and Advanced Key User for one or more service-process areas
- lead and contribute to workshops that define, clarify and validate business requirements
- ensure the SAP solution supports real operational service processes, not only technical design
- define and validate ITC and UAT scenarios and support local key users after go-live
- coordinate requirements, gaps, decisions, change requests, release testing and process improvements
- work with planning, execution, billing and reporting stakeholders across the programme

🎯 Skills
- around five years of relevant SAP and service-process experience
- strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in a large, ideally global organisation
- knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and template-based implementation approaches
- experience with transformation, harmonisation or system-implementation projects
- ability to communicate clearly with business users, key users and technical stakeholders
- excellent English and availability on site in Sweden at least three days per week

💡 Nice to have
- SAP SD, PM and/or CS experience
- spoken and written Swedish
- background in manufacturing, energy, maintenance, services or product aftermarket
- understanding of service-order financial flows, WBS and revenue recognition
