🚀 Project
- provide Agile leadership to our distributed product development teams
- maintain and foster an environment that enables teams to embrace agile methodologies
- collaborate with the team to deliver value through improved product development processes
- work closely with the Product Owner to set this new product up and ensure the proper use of collaborative processes according to the team and stakeholders needs
- monitor progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
