I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer Associate who will provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and troubleshoot product and service issues. You will document solutions and best practices for self-service channels and provide feedback to product teams. I expect a technical background, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn new processes. - provide technical guidance and solutions to customers
- troubleshoot product and service issues to ensure optimal performance
- document solutions and best practices for self-service support channels
- provide feedback to product teams to drive improvements
- proactively identify and address customer risks and concerns
- bridge gap between customer needs and technological capabilities

🎯 Skills
- technical background, high-school with IT practice or university degree related to IT
- basic experience with Java or SQL is an advantage
- strong communication skills for calls, chat, and web tools
- willingness to learn new processes and software products
- openness to mentoring from senior colleagues
- ENG B2

💡 Nice to have
- hands-on experience in customer support or IT support environment
- familiarity with troubleshooting and problem-solving in IT products
- proactive approach to identifying improvements
