Test Manager (39962)

I'm looking for a hands-on Test Manager to lead complex system and integration testing across distributed platforms. You'll coordinate test environments, define test run objectives, manage test results, and drive defect resolution. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trading or risk systems and who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments. 🚀 Project
- organizing testing environments, including code stacks and configuration changes required for testing (restores and deployments will be handled by DevOps)
- defining the purpose and instructions for each test run (e.g. baseline batch testing; test runs executed by DevOps)
- organizing test results and maintaining the issue list, including determining whether issues are new or existing (issues identified by the Business Analyst)
- managing the issue list and resolution process, tracking the status of each issue, responsible owners, and timelines for next actions

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally in banking or capital markets
- strong understanding of integrated system testing, particularly with complex, multi-component systems
- hands-on experience with stress testing, performance testing, and regression testing in trading or risk systems
- proven ability to analyze test failures across distributed platforms and distinguish between systemic and isolated issues
- solid knowledge of Defect Lifecycle Management; experience with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ALM/Quality Center
- experience with batch processing and nightly job cycles, including coordination for after-hours or cross-timezone testing
- proficiency in working with DevOps teams, managing environment dependencies, and analyzing logs or runtime errors
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in regulated, high-stakes environments
- familiarity with test environment orchestration in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)

💡 Nice to have
- knowledge of stress testing frameworks or tools specific to financial risk systems
- familiarity with financial risk models, quant libraries, or regulatory reporting platforms
- scripting or query skills in Python, PowerShell, or SQL to support test automation or data validation
- experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery environments
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent
