Test Manager (41334)

I'm looking for an experienced Test Manager to take ownership of complex, integrated testing activities in a large enterprise environment. You will coordinate test environments, define and steer test runs, and manage issue resolution across multiple teams and platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of system-level testing, batch processes and defect management in high-stakes, regulated settings. You will work closely with DevOps and business analysts to ensure test results are transparent, actionable and delivered under pressure.

🚀 Project
- organise testing environments including code stacks, configuration changes and test restores in cooperation with DevOps
- define objectives, scope and instructions for each test run such as baseline or batch testing
- coordinate execution of test runs performed by DevOps teams
- consolidate test results and structure issue lists based on inputs from business analysts
- analyse whether identified issues are new defects or known existing problems
- manage the full issue lifecycle including ownership, next actions and timelines
- ensure clear communication of test status, risks and blockers to stakeholders
- support high-stakes testing activities in regulated, enterprise environments

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally banking or capital markets
- strong understanding of integrated system testing across multiple dependent components
- hands-on experience with stress, performance and regression testing in trading or risk systems
- ability to analyse failures across distributed platforms and distinguish systemic issues from isolated defects
- solid knowledge of defect lifecycle management and tools such as JIRA, TestRail or ALM/Quality Center
- experience with batch processing and nightly cycles, including cross-timezone or after-hours testing
- proven collaboration with DevOps teams and ability to manage environment dependencies
- strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure in regulated environments
- familiarity with CI/CD-oriented test environment orchestration such as Jenkins, Git or Azure DevOps

💡 Nice to have
- knowledge of stress testing frameworks or risk-specific testing tools
- familiarity with financial risk models, quant libraries or regulatory reporting systems
- scripting or querying skills in Python, PowerShell or SQL for test support and data validation
- experience working in Agile, SAFe or hybrid delivery models
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent
