Integration Developer (41531)

I’m looking for an experienced Integration Developer who will design and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, program in Progress ABL, and integrate QAD with external systems. I require 5+ years of experience with QAD, advanced knowledge of Progress ABL and experience with APIs. English is required. Experience with QAD Boomi, modern authentication methods, and SQL is an advantage. I offer an international team, interesting projects, and opportunities for professional growth.

🚀 Project
- designing, coding, and implementing integration modules (primarily RESTful and SOAP APIs) within the QAD environment
- programming in Progress ABL (4GL) to manage data logic supporting the APIs
- connecting QAD with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, MES, logistics portals)
- modifying standard QAD schemas and processes to support specific integration requirements
- ensuring the security, performance, and proper documentation of all developed API modules

🎯 Skills
- minimum 5 years of experience in QAD development (version EE 2018 or higher)
- advanced knowledge of Progress ABL (4GL) with a focus on backend logic or Progress OpenEdge programming (version 11.x+)
- proven track record in creating and managing REST interfaces
- communicative English

💡 Nice to have
- experience with integration platforms (e.g., QAD Boomi / Dell Boomi)
- knowledge of web services and modern authentication methods (e.g., OAuth2)
- experience with QAD Adaptive UI development
- knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases outside of the Progress environment
- proficiency in JSON and XML for data exchange
