Jamf Consultant (43478)

I'm looking for an experienced Jamf Consultant to help redesign the deployment and onboarding process for new Macs in an enterprise environment. You'll evaluate the current approach and design a modern, automated, and transparent provisioning process covering system configuration, user-specific installations, guided setup, monitoring, and error analysis. Strong experience with macOS, Jamf Pro, Jamf Setup Manager, Setup Checklist, Zero Touch Deployment, and macOS onboarding is essential. 

🚀 Project
- evaluating and redesigning the macOS deployment and onboarding process for new Macs
- designing a modern, automated, and transparent provisioning process with standardized onboarding steps
- defining a consistent onboarding concept covering system configuration, user-specific installations, guided setup, monitoring, and error analysis
- testing proposed approaches and developing proof-of-concept solutions for the future onboarding workflow
- designing and documenting processes for a scalable and standardized macOS onboarding experience

🎯 Skills
- strong knowledge of macOS administration, Jamf Pro, and enterprise macOS management
- hands-on experience with Jamf Setup Manager, macOS onboarding, and Setup Checklist
- experience with macOS provisioning, device enrollment, device onboarding, and Zero Touch Deployment
- knowledge of automation using Jamf Routines, webhooks, and process automation
- experience with Proof of Concept development, technical evaluation, process design, and architecture recommendations
- experience designing first login experiences, guided user onboarding, and Self Service solutions

- knowledge of Apple Enterprise best practices, Enterprise Mobility, and endpoint lifecycle management
- experience with identity management and authentication flows
- experience with solution architecture, standardization, and technical documentation
