Support Engineer (42230)
I am looking for a Support Engineer to deploy products and provide advanced technical support across complex systems. You will analyze logs, troubleshoot cross-product issues, and ensure smooth system operations while meeting SLA requirements. The role requires experience with Linux, networking, and system configuration, along with strong analytical skills. 🚀 Project
- deploy products to customer systems, mostly remotely
- provide cross-product support including complex system recovery
- analyze log files to identify and resolve issues
- diagnose and isolate complex cross-product and third-party issues
- handle customer support requests in line with SLAs
- propose, review, approve, and implement system changes
- recommend product and process improvements to product and development teams
- participate in 24x7 on-call support
