- act as the key interface between our division and Microsoft to ensure efficient collaboration
- work closely with architects and IT experts to resolve incidents and provide insights on future developments
- plan future adaptations based on the Microsoft roadmap in cooperation with experts and providers
- ensure customer communication and support for local installations and software solutions in Austria
- collaborate with the security team to maintain compliance and security standards
- take part in the operational responsibility for customer solutions in alignment with central solutions

🎯 Skills
- experience in building and managing partnerships with Microsoft as an enterprise customer
- successful track record in workplace solution modernization for environments with over 2,000 Windows devices
- experience in managing external service providers
- knowledge of hybrid Cloud and on-premise solutions
- ideally experience in Microsoft Workplace architecture, digital workplace, and telephony management
- preferably knowledge in software deployment, management, security, and endpoint compliance
