AI Transformation Expert (43944)

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Expert to lead secure enterprise AI adoption in an industrial and manufacturing environment. The role combines AI strategy, governance, secure GenAI/RAG design and hands-on mentoring. Key requirements include senior enterprise GenAI experience, LLM/RAG implementation, secure architecture and strong stakeholder facilitation.

🚀 Project
- assess the current IT, data and process landscape and define a 12-24 month AI roadmap
- set up AI governance, acceptable-use rules, access controls and vendor/model risk principles
- design secure enterprise knowledge-base, RAG and search capabilities using approved internal sources
- identify, prioritize and deliver high-value AI use cases with measurable business outcomes
- train and mentor business and technical teams so AI becomes a practical internal capability

🎯 Skills
- senior hands-on experience implementing enterprise AI/GenAI solutions, not only strategy decks
- proven experience with LLMs, RAG, enterprise search, agents or workflow automation
- strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, identity/access management, cloud or private deployment and data governance
- ability to design secure AI solutions for sensitive data and NIS2-oriented governance
- industrial or manufacturing experience, professional English and ability to work on-site in Hungary during key phases

- automotive or commercial-vehicle engineering background
- Microsoft 365, Azure AI, knowledge graphs, vector databases, RAG evaluation or AI security controls
