🚀 Project
- playing a key role in communicating between internal team and clients
- working closely with external stakeholders to understand and investigate their feedback into the service
- examining and understanding a business process
- effectively identifying process improvement opportunities
- creatively developing approaches for business problem solving and critically evaluating the trade-offs between business value and costs
- using business analysis techniques to produce clearly understood and implementable feature specification
- reporting on your findings and presenting to stakeholders and internal team
- communicating the benefits of your recommendations to help address any uncertainties and concerns
- supporting team of experts responsible for the development and delivery in making your recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience as Business analyst in software development with proven track record
- degree from business, IT or related fields
- focused on delivering to timelines, providing timely progress updates
- strong analytical skills
- ability to understand overall picture and interpret complex issues 
- detail-oriented
- ability to proactively identify issues and opportunities, make recommendations, take decisions and consult appropriately
- good interpersonal skills, feeling comfortable to stand in front of clients
- ability to manage relationships at all levels
- experienced in working with US teams and daily overlap with US timezone
- consulting background with experience in delivering solutions within defined timeframes
- willingness to travel when possible
