Data Analyst (40208)

I'm looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on transforming messy data into meaningful business insights. You’ll work hands-on with customer and product data, ensuring quality and structure through advanced modeling and historization strategies. With strong SQL skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders, you’ll help build a data-driven culture. Knowledge of Power BI is a welcome bonus.

🚀 Project
- conducting in-depth analysis of diverse data sources to understand their structure, content, and relationships, especially concerning customer and product data
- collaborating proactively with data engineers to conceptualize, design, and refine optimal and scalable data models that cater to current and future analytical requirements
- effectively communicating complex data concepts and solutions to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding
- contributing to the design and implementation of data historization strategies, including the application of Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs), to ensure accurate historical data capture
- identifying and resolving data-related challenges, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the enterprise

🎯 Skills
- a proven track record of breaking down complex problems and deriving actionable insights from data
- extensive experience in designing and implementing robust data models (conceptual, logical, physical), with a deep understanding of relational and dimensional modeling techniques
- exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders, translating technical details into business language and vice-versa
- solid experience with Customer and Product data domains
- advanced knowledge of database architecture, data warehousing concepts, and the creation of semantic models
- intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- working knowledge and practical experience with data historization techniques and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs)

- experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
