- analysis and evaluation of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- gathering and anticipating product and business requirements from stakeholders

🎯 Skills
- hands-on experience with WordPress (customization, plugins, content management)
- familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for tracking, documentation, and collaboration
